Birds About
Jun 2010 - Northern Arizona

We spent a few nights and days camping at Havasupai, which must be one of the most beautiful places in Arizona. The start of the very long hike is in ugly desert, which suddenly transforms into an oasis when you meet the river. It's really cool, and the water is a gorgeous color! The drive there and back from Phoenix is along Route 66 which is just as kistchy as Cars makes it out to be.
