Jan 2013 - Glover's Atoll, Belize
We spent a week out in a cabana at Glover's Atoll, which is a reef some miles off the coast of Belize. In principle it was to be a week of snorkeling, but we were extremely unlucky and it was cold, rainy, overcast, dark, rough waters, and freezing cold for the entire week we were there. We probably saw the sun for about 10 minutes that week. The cold weather and lack of light made snorkeling much less appealing, so we ended up doing alot of relaxing around the cabana. Which was fine for a few days, but by the end of the week... I've never had such cabin fever in my life. What snorkeling we could do, was quite great. When we were done, we spent on afternoon in Dangriga on our way back to the airport, and to Boston.
