Birds About
June 2017 - Kansas City

We went to Kansas City to see the total solar eclipse. It was totally overcast in the morning, and then the clouds cleared right before the eclipse began. Then about 2 minutes before totality, and giant storm cloud moved in and covered up the sun. We thus did not get to see the corona, however we did experience the darkness of the solar eclipse which was _incredible_. We'll have to make it to another one to see the corona. I used a solar filter to snap a few pictures of the eclipse.
